Alright so I bought the 2.5 ATS a couple of months ago. I am very pleased with the car and the cue system is a gem to have. BUT, I've been having a problem with the voice recognition system. To put it simply, it's just not working. At first the voice button on the steering wheel stopped working. Then the lower buttons on the touch screen did not work. Now the entire screen has stopped working. I am outside of the warranty period.

Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again.
