I had a blueprint weapon in the insured slot and could never spawn with it or any other gear. Removed the blueprint and just made a new gun build from scratch and haven't had the issue since. The trick to fix this is to UNLOCK the attachments (s) that are included with the blueprint. The bug has to do with bundle attachments as far as I can tell, and seems to also happen with non bugged guns when you have a backpack without a stow weapon slot. Any attachment from a bundle will bug any gun. This applies to insured, or contraband guns, either awarded or player weapons extracted.
