I had the same problem where it wouldn’t launch it through steam thus disabling the steam overlay and my controller. The solution was to rename the d3d11.dll to dxgi.dll in the install folder. Probably best place to ask this is in gposers discord. It’s linked on their website where you got gshade. Search your issue in there most likely ...
While FFXIV isnt the kind of game that would be useful for it, some games can give unfair advantages due to filters. Add on that clothing and body mods are the same thing, modifying what you see after the game process its data.
