There is only wrong weapons. For a moose, there is NO wrong weapon to hunt it with as you can get 100% integraty with any weapon if you are good enough with that weapon. If you are hunting something like a red for then 90% of the weapons will tear it in half and be the wrong weapon. Old Goat May 22, 2022 @ 2:28pm. Sometimes a "double holstering" glitch happens. Get your empty hands to appear then drop them and then hit the quick key for the item you want to use. Do this before you start out and again after fast traveling. Double holstering might not be the problem but if it is, this is how you solve it.
