My 2014 XV has shutdown many times, but only at highway speeds and when the fuel gauge is at about 1/8 tank or 80 miles or less on the range. So I try to refuel when the tank gets to 1/4. Now the phone does not even see the car in its Bluetooth Menu or as a previously paired device. Car is a 2016 Subaru XV Crosstrek.
