May 10, 2020 · New King Quad 400 Owner - Questions. I recently purchased a King Quad 400 FSI. I needed a basic working quad for use on my property and after finding a great deal on a 2020, I bought one. I am a newbie to quads, so bear with me, please. I've been working on my king quad 300 for 3 months now and I can't figure it out. I have adjusted the carb about a million times and it still won't run right. Then when I hit the 4wd button the light went out which showed the hot wire was no longer getting power. Same as when sliding it into diff lock.
