I think it took maybe 2 hours total to get the doors off, replace the speakers and put it all back together. I replaced the factory sony speakers with Alpine Type R 6x8s in all 4 doors and put polyfil in the sub box. The stereo sounds much better now. Last edited by Scott02; 03-17-2012 at 03:39 PM.
