I tried flame and dark raid and I'll probably say that flame's easier cuz in dark npc got huge stun and if you're solo the boss fight is kinda hard and everything is so dark that is hard to see something. Nah magma is not good for grinding (except for sea 1) and for sea 2 and sea 3 buddha: MUAHAHA I AM THE BUSS. Awk magma is super good for grinding since it deals the most damage in game.
