Inbound flight was hell..prevented to board a flight due to a 5 minute excess in transit time for the next flight. No notifications, no email whatsoever as a reminder.

Budgetair failed to inform us that her flight wasn’t booked which meant we had to fly separately to Africa, which was 3 flights, and pay a massive premium at the airport. We haven’t received any compensation for their incompetence or even an apology. Top tip: Avoid using a third party, especially BudgetAir, to book flights.
