As title, what's up with not being able to gift crates lately? Is there a thread somewhere I'm missing? I noticed the functionality was turned back on for a day or so when the Ayleid crates were removed from the store but it has since been disabled. Is it a bug with an ETA on a fix or is it a permanent adjustment?
I can't honestly say I "get it" - turning off an entire system because a small number of your player base is potentially abusing it seems like overkill to me. It's also frustrating on a personal level - I often gift Crown Store items as competition prizes in the Sunfire's Sect trading guild (PC/EU), or between my accounts.
