Fisker wants to fix known issues (physical appearance, 12V battery, update software, fan and coolant) prior to delivery. I'm sure they do not have enough techs to fix and get the FOO delivery ready. The repeated delays in scheduled deliveries (I saw someone say 7 times) are likely due to the vehicle not being 'delivery ready' or 12V battery died.
