A few months ago I grabbed a Rhodesian G3 front handguard, and I just got my FMP G3 parts kit. Still need my FMP barrel. Unfortunately I missed out on a dual G3 Rhodesian parts kit at Christmas. Stupid son wanting gifts. I am young and I am pretty. This will be my first Gucci build, and I want to keep it Era correct as possible.
HK/FMP G-3's I've owned a few FMP G3'S and the post ban XG3'S. On these kit builds, If their ISN't 7 US made compliance parts, It's ILLEGAL. Personally I wouldn't spend 800.00 on this one. Jun 18, 2023 · Try to find location of the serial number. Pull the handgaurd and look at the barrel in front of the trunnion for the markings to see what parts kit it was built from. Also check the bolt head and bolt carrier for their markings. A factory FMP reciever properly built into a G3 using an HK or FMP barrel and bolt carriers would be better than a PTR.
