Ford f150 turns over but wont start.

Replaced the relay, been good ever since. About $12 at Advance Auto. My girlfriends truck is doing the samethhing, it cranks but won't start, I parked it in the backyard about a month and a half ago and when I went to start it 2 wks after I parked it and it turns over but it will not start. FF- I think what they're refering to is the fuel cut-off switch. That doesn't control fuel pressure except to either stop the pressure or start it. It simply cut's the fuel pump off in the case of an accident. Also, cranks and turns over are the same thing. It's not possible for it to turn over but not crank.
