I had a 3" rough country lift with 37's on 20" factory wheels. The tires did not hit the wheel wells but they did rub the frame pretty bad at full turn. The tires were 37x12.50 nitto trail grappler. You can do all the lift you want but the tires are going to rub the frame with the factory wheels because of the off set.

I run Falken wildpeak 37x12.5x18 and they are E rated and have a load rating of 3970lbs where the 37x12.5x17 is D rated and only 3525lbs. I love this tire, its quiet and smoother than any other all terrain I have ever run.i'm pretty sure the 37s will rub. If your speedo/abs system isn't corrected for the larger tires you will not get accurate mpg figures. A set of 4.88 gears with 37s will yield an effective ratio of around 4.22 with stock tires. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. Here's mine w/ 37" Military Humvee take-offs: I'll be running 37s next, but the aftermarket bumpers give a lot more clearance and my lift springs move the axle forward slightly for more fender clearance. I am actually running 38 x 15.5 x 20 on a 4 inch lift.

My shop said the trucks will fit 37s on stock tires without rubbing. Might be testing that soon. Not sure about stock height suspension clearance but for sure looks like Ford may be planning on a 37 option on the Tremor or the F250 line.
