need help, 4l60e torque converter lockup problem. I have a 1998 S10 2.2 two wheel drive with a code that won't go away. The truck just turned 80,000 miles and the service engine light went on with code p1860 TCC PWM circuit. No blown fuses found. The code would reset and come back within about 5 seconds after the engine was restarted.
