The Switch starts well, with hekate every reboot, but I always follow red digits with black screen: Failed to apply nosigchk I discovered that my file sigpatches.ini is not updated.

Games being stuck on a black screen is likely not a sigpatch issue, its probably a firmware issue (too low) or sysmodules. There is an app which you can use to update fw, atmos, sig patches,cheats, etc. I think it's called all in one updater. ITotalJustice github.
