You will probably not see anything on CUE about a software update as due to some problems Cadillac is not sending a lot of over the air software update. The software update is 22.10 and service should be aware of it by now.My CUE display turns black with a status note "waiting for update media". (I cant go back with my screen anymore) I subscribed with onstar and has wifi already but still no update receive.
