Friends Forever Animal Rescue is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit and NYS registered animal rescue group (RR426) dedicated to helping the stray, sick and abandoned animals in Central New York. We started as a small group of foster homes and now we have grown into a rescue with it's own facility that houses our many pets looking for a new forever home. The animal shelter shall follow a "socially conscious" model where the largest impact for the community and their animals can only happen through collaborative efforts and relationships throughout the community. We will foster a culture of transparency, ethical decision making, mutual respect, continual learning and collaboration.We’ve served the New York City Tri-State area since 1967, and are humbled to be trusted experts in the animal rescue world. The care we provide our cats and dogs, including behavior intervention, enrichment outings, and ongoing support after adoption, make us one of the top choices for pet adoption in the region.
