The arcane scaling on it is currently broken so its not doing the intended damage, that being said it is a pretty fun weapon and the bleed procs can still carry it damage wise. Hello,I have been using Arcane build PVE-only utilizing Eleonoras poleblade (+9), Dragon communition seal (+7), very rarely Sacred spear (+5 now), and some dragon incantations (rotten breath, frozen, fire etc) and then blood incantations (swarm flies, bloodboon) and flame grant me strength. Poleblade scales better with Arcane. It seems that Arcane scales both the physical and the fire damage while dex only scales the physical. I really want to endgame with twinblades and Eleonora's would be perfect (if it worked). Has it been fixed yet? Nope. Twin-blades not viable end game weapon at all sadly.
IMO the twinblade moveset is much worse than the curved greatsword one and the bloodhound fang's weapon art is much better than the poleblade. It was pretty fun, and very effective, though it does get less effective when the enemy doesn't bleed. It kicks butt. Lottsa fun.
