H4 premium processing with h1b.
My H1b petition was approved on 10th Oct, 2015 (my H4 extension was in process that time) without I94 and valid till 30th Sept, 2016. I received my H4 extension approval on 14th March, 2016. Now COS from H4 to H1b needs to be filed to activate my H1b. Can COS be filed in premium processing in this case? I didn't go out of US in this whole period.
