This is my take for IG only. When i use IG, i hit a lot not like other weapon, IG need to be sharped a lot too. So for my endgame set for IG always be 3 piece of teostra MR armor to give me master touch, i use head, body, and arms piece.

Kulve'a Kjarr glaives have Critical Element built into them so they're the best elemental IGs you can get. They drawbacks are no slots, so-so raw and real bad sharpness. Safi is good for flexibility. You can use them with the 2 piece velkhana bonus (or make one with a velkhana awakening) and get critical element.
