Unless you have several max characters that have max crafting skills and a butt-load of crafting materials for PART of ONE upgrade, it will take multiple people, and hundreds of millions of credits. (Depending on how far you go).

You can ask around on Fleet for someone to help you start it and then leave if you need an extra person or two.
