Widow for sure. I can kill 2 broodmothers in a row without heals and it takes 15 beefy slop just to kill one black widow. Broodmother is very intimidating but is also slow and very easy to parry. Widow does more damage per hit, attacks faster, and the new venom DOT on the Widow makes mithridatism obsolete.

It is however a more challenging creature to fight than the usual raptor/carno.
