The issue was with an out of spec trigger/trigger bar. My friend had some extra parts for me to try along with a complete trigger assembly. After swapping all trigger related parts, trial and error, the P80 dry fries with a different trigger/trigger bar assembly installed. Olga17, Danzig and SJ 40.My suggested tools are: Hand drill. You can use a drill press and dremel work station but I chose to do hand drill instead and then clean holes. ( drops of mineral oil before drilling each hole) Razor blade to score tabs or fret cutters. Dremel for quick channel work and there's an attachment for tighter areas.

This jig can be printed a used to drill your G19 P80 blanks. Jig should be held together with m3x45 fasters (use washers). The drill guide will keep your drillbit straight and true. More versions will come in the future possibly including metal drill bushings for longevity. This release is early.
