Put them on the back burner. Than that Primary and Secondary podcast a month ago about the STI Staccato is what made me really think about the Staccato a lot. It is also on my grail list. That's a tone of difference . Now the dealer did tell me from teh standard staccato it's more then just bending the Sear spring . All the other parts are stoned differently . He said a Drop in kit from Nighthawk will get you to the lighter trigger in Staccatos limited guns . I said it is 3.5 lbs .

However, quality wise this will not be superior to the standard 4.4". 4.4 will shoot a little better for most people because of the longer barrel but full length dust cover always looks sexier, so it's really just preference.
