At 60 faith and base stats: Yorshka chime lightning blade on a heavy 2-handed Lothric UGS gives 850 AR. 441 physical, 409 lightning.

You can stay str/faith and use lothric knight greatsword with blessed infusion. That way it mostly scales with faith and pushes the physical and lightning damage with that. Also the healing is a little bonus. Then you can switch between them as you like.
