It’s not necessarily lost, it’s just not updating. What you need to do is start a missing package report with usps. That normally shakes it loose. Also let your buyer know that you’re keeping tabs on it. If your package truly does get lost and is never seen again, and you have a Mercari/ USPS label, Mercari will take care of it.
