Nest Thermostat Constantly Offline. As the title reads, we’ve got a Nest Gen 2 that recently started going offline on the app. We’ve had it installed for approximately 2.5 years with zero issues and now this the last couple of weeks. I went on a deep dive of this sub and found some helpful troubleshooting tips that I’ve tried.
