Title asks it all D:Sadistic 24hr Challenge #10 Tips. I've seen some other posts and just wanted to share my 2 cents around this challenge, as it is considered the hardest in the game by far, given the time limit, even in late Sadistic. You need to hit boss 292 within 24 hours of game time.It's good you have the no TM challenges done because you'll need the gold. Also make sure your cap/energy power ratio is under 40,000:1, you need tons of power. It will speed up everything including NGUs but for a while you'll need it more for augments.
