I sadly just died on my longest play through yet. Sadly I`m having a hard time to find out why. Was building stuff when out of nowhere my character started feeling pain with very serious injuries. I wasn`t atacked by any zombie and I wasn`t bleeding. I did carry much weight over days (Building stuff so I was going to bed carrying logs and stuff). Could the overweight be the cause of death?

Warr Nov 20, 2021 @ 7:11pm. managing your weight is its own little game. that alone makes the game a challenge. you can also disable that in sandbox settings under the character tab. just uncheck the nutrition box and weight gain/loss is removed. you'll still need to eat but it wont effect your weight. #3.
