Hello. Looking for a little help from a Comcast pro. I am trying to complete the modem self install. I have tried hooking my modem up to two separate outlets. After a few minutes the power, us/ds, online lights stop blinking and stay solid. The 2.4 and 5ghz light and tel light occasionally blink. I am not able to get the modem to activate.
