Voidforged Dragon Armor has a higher armor value (chest is 420 vs GB 350). It also has other attributes (chest has a bonus to strength weapon damage). Have a look at firesparks and Waks thrall videos. The highest for health is the relic hunters if i recall, then snowhunter, cimmerian berserker, and Lian is down about 5th or 6th somewhere. Keep rerolling them until you get a nice HP, and use well trained perk.
