The first 60 questions of AAMC CARS qpack 1 are known for being notoriously difficult and not at all representative of the real exam. There are people on this subreddit who have gotten less than 50% correct on the first half of that qpack and ended up with CARS scores of 130+ on the actual MCAT. After doing AAMC material UWORLD definitely has more of a content focus but it is still a useful tool as they do have some great experimental passage analysis questions. I’d say it’s closer to UWorld and the Section banks, especially C/P B/B and P/S.Alt is great!
