Jeep wrangler overheating while driving.

What could it be? I took it back to the same place and they just said oh the coolant was low and refilled.When I’m driving about 70MPH my jeep overheats. I can drive around town all day and go 55-60 on the highway with no problems (temperature stays just about 210, just under 210 is normal for a Jeep, so a little hotter than normal but will never overheat.) This is what I’ve done so far…. New radiator cap. New Thermostat. The first thing I'd do is physically remove both battery connections and clean both the posts and the inside of the connectors with a wire brush. Then reconnect them and see what happens. don't put in 160. It won't do any good ot put in a 160. If it is overheating with 195, it iwll overheat with a 160 and probably without any. If the top radiator hose isn't getting hard, then you might have a bad radiator cap, or a leak. The other possibility would be a restriction, probably in the heater core.

With it parked, just idling, no issues. I'm going to take it to the shop later today or Monday. You don't have a full blown leak, instead, your coolant is slowly evaporating out of rad cap, crimped seam (where plastic top meets aluminum), overflow reservoir or somwhere else, but its happening, that's why there's no drips and its hard to notice lack of coolant, the level will go down over time.

I tested on the freeway today and my highway temp is about 221-224F, high of 228 (up inclines) going 70 mph. High heat & A/C fan brought it down to average 217-219F, and low of 212F. I’d say it provides about 6-8 degrees of relief on average. Hopefully it will improve further after taking out grill inserts.
