JustFly is a SCAM. My personal experience: I have purchased a ticket to travel from NYC to Europe. However, personal circumstances forced me to later change my travel dates. Most airline tickets are non-refundable. I was well aware of that when I called JustFly to ask about my options.

That is the correct procedure. In the last 24 hours before a fIight departs, the airIine takes control of the booking, so that is who you have to deal with if there are any issues.
