In Dec 2023 I got I485 medical RFE while eb1c I140 is pending. My I485, I765, I-131 and I-140 was applied in concurrent (ported PD of May 2020 from eb2 i140). Got medical RFE in Dec 2023 and responded to it on 9 Jan 2024. Has anyone seen similar RFE before EB1C I-140 is approved. Please share timeline if you are in same boat.I-485 Medical RFE Seattle FO!!
