I took all fuses out and cleaned it up with electrical contact cleaner and it is working. I also unpluged seat and seat belt switch and re pluged them in.

All wires are in the covering and it looks like a #12 red. The white and red wire goes to a seperate block with 2 poles on the right of the fuse block.
