Nov 26, 2023 · Yeah, the old backers hated the old NPCs, the devs hated the old NPCs, that's why they removed them and working on improving the NPCs. Build 42 is pretty much the foundation to support the NPCs by introducing the plenitude of new features. As for the NPC mod, I think it's either one of these:
