While action bars look good and get the job most of the time, they are not as flexible as weakauras. Default glow is also awful, not sure if there is an addon to change it. To fix it: Go into ElvUI, Disable chat, and reload your UI. Open Edit Mode (hit Escape, then Edit Mode). Under Layout, choose a non-custom layout (I chose their preset "Modern" layout). Go back into ElvUI, Reenable chat, then reload your UI again. After that, ElvUI should now override the standard WoW chat window.

Hello Reddit To clarify what I'm asking: Currently, I'm rocking 3,489,540 HP, so my Elvui will round up and DISPLAY 3.5M HP. However, this isn't necessarily accurate. I want it to show my HP with more numbers past the decimal to the hundredth's or thousandth's, like 3.48M or 3.489M. This also applies to my target frame.

They're almost exactly the same layout, with ElvUI showing buff and debuff timer bars over the player and target unit frames, respectively (can't do these bars in WoW UI).
