Hi, same issue here. 3 hours on the absolute worst customer support ever. Their solution to me was to buy a new doorbell and chime as mine is 1.5 years old. No wonder they are loosing market share to Nest. I have tried every recommendation in the books but my chime will not reset. I did a hard reset, but my chime will not reset.

The only way I’ve found to remove a device is to go to Devices > [Chime Device] > General Settings > Remove Device. But since this Chime is not connected, when I click on General Settings the only option I get is to “Reconnect Chime”. There must be a way to remove a broken device that can’t reconnect, but I can’t figure it out.
