The one downside to advisor is the heavier hitting rifles can't get drum mags like rifleman, so some might say its best to play advisor more like a designated marksman IMO.

For marksman, the svd/mk14 with 7x and suppressor. Generally, unless you play defense, it's best to keep your weight below ~55%. Consider ditching your pistol or armor, they cost many points and add up to your weight quickly. If you don't spray and pray or get yourself in the middle of the whole enemy team you don't need a pistol anyway.
