Go to your settings on your phone, apps, find PGR, delete the storage (it should delete the cache too). Then open PGR and switch accounts in the top right. It'll actually let you choose this time. Still a bit cumbersome, but better than deleting and reinstalling the app every time. Waiting on a fix.
