Apparently this applies to PSO2 accounts not purely NGS accounts. I used my free one on my account long time ago on a character I dont use anymore. My NGS character is still showing that ID from my PSO2 character. I think SEGA expected everyone to play PSO2 first and then make the jump to NGS.
