May 19, 2015 · Heres a good test to reproduce problems if you have both a Roamio and a Mini: 1) Tune an encrypted channel on the Roamio -- I used A&E. 2) If you try to watch the same channel on your Mini, the Tivo will use two tuners to do so. 3) V58 errors galore every 5-10 minutes on the Mini. a) Make sure the Tuning adapter is hooked correctly. b) Tuning adapter light must be solid. If blinking, then reboot. c) If the issue persists, proceed to step 3.

I checked a bunch of channels and the signal is either 0 or in the 80s, with a couple of problem channels in the 60s. The signals that are getting the V52 errors say there's no signal lock. I didn't get a chance to check the SNR on the iffy channels.
