The crossing was perpendicular, as is best practice, but there were several power lines crossed. I re-routed the cable so there was a few feet of space between it and the power lines and all was well. The cable is shielded but only to a point. Hope this helps you out!

This has been going on for 4 or 5 days now. You can check the status of your Starlink kit on the website. If it says “shipped” like in the image below, then your problem comes from somewhere else. If the status of your Starlink does not say “shipped”, then your “no active account” problem is normal. Check the cable in the base of the dish. It has a habit of coming loose. Put in a ticket to support immediately, chances are it will only get worse. They should send you a new kit.
