Acceptance rates anywhere around 70% from my understanding. To give you my timeline, I started processing November of 21 with the Air Force, switched over to Army processing February of 22 for the same reasons, and my board convenes the end of August (3 weeks from now). So probably 6months to a year to see a board. Maybe longer, depends on you.

As a heads up Aviation branch is super low on strength, ROTC and USMA had problems filling all the pilot slots this year, so if you want to go through OCS with a glimmer of hope of getting Aviation now is the time.
