What we did earlier is making BotW in-game follow the SD Button Layout. You can remap the controller layout to your liking (i.e. Use B button as cancel and A button as confirm) in Steam - Controller Settings (just press the physical Steam button) while running the game in Gaming Mode. For the jump button, you can swap it in-game BotW settings.
Disable all those work arounds and set the fps limit a lot higher to like 144. Delete and spend a few minutes rebuilding the shader cache and see how it runs. Open CEMU on desktop mode to check the game and it will automatically recognize that the game youre playing is 2.0.8. Go back to gaming mode and youre set. Theres no need to install cryo utilities. The native deck will run CEMU just fine. However, you will need to install the community graphics pack. Not doing so will make BOTW run at 20fps.
