Well I think I figured it out. I traced the plow power cable back to the solenoid. When the raise or angle buttons are pressed you can hear the solenoid engage but there is no 12v on the output. I measure a good 12v on the input but on the output there is only 3 to 5v.I can connect the plow up and will have a relay click under the hood but nothing in the motor...no power.
