However in my area it seems that to meet the criteria i am having to decline two offers for every offer I accept. Lots of $2-$3 offers or $6 offers for 10+ miles. Rate honestly. If you're not happy with his service, let the rating reflect it, and indicate why. If a dasher's rating falls below 4.2, they may be deactivated, but one low rating won't drop it down that far.
