In the Hero Gallery, theres a few Overwatch 1 Skins that read 'Currently Unavailable', if you own them, you still see the text, but can use it. The store option disappeared for me as well during the account migration. Your account will merge, but then there's a migration que. There might be a yellow "que" above the merging option.
